Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 9, 2026

Foam Junkies ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it's used. We've written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, because that's the whole point of a privacy policy.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, through our booking form, our large event inquiry form or the chat on our pages. Depending on which one you use, that may include:

Your name, email address, and phone number
Your event date, time, and address
Details about your event, such as guest count, package selections, and any special requests or notes you add

This site does not use cookies or advertising trackers. We do count page visits without knowing who you are: which page is open and whether you came from a phone, with no name, no email and no cookie, so our team can see when someone is looking and help in the chat. If you start a chat, your browser remembers it for 24 hours so you can pick it back up.

How we use it

We use the information you submit for exactly one purpose: to review your request, follow up with you, and plan your event if you book with us. We don't use it for marketing lists, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

How it's processed

Our forms and chat go straight to the booking system we share with Shindigz Event Rentals, our family company, so our team can answer you and plan your party. It's kept private, it's only used for your event, and you can ask us to send you a copy or erase it at any time.

This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Like most font services, this can involve your browser making a request to Google's servers, which may log standard technical information such as your IP address, in the same way loading any external resource does.

📋 In plain terms: the only information we have about you is what you type into one of our forms or the chat, and the only reason we have it is to plan your foam party.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to plan your event and for basic business record-keeping afterward. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, just ask, see contact info below.

Your choices

You're always free to reach out and ask what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. We'll handle any reasonable request promptly.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults planning events, not for use by children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. We'd encourage checking back occasionally if you're curious.
